Brett A. Elder – Brett is the founder and Executive Director of the Stewardship Council. Brett serves as senior partner of International Steward; a ministry dedicated to encouraging mature stewardship in the emerging church around the world. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Brett served as Director of Finance and Administration for the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty for five years prior to helping launch the ministry of International Steward in 2000.
Stephen J. Grabill, Ph.D., is a Reformed theologian and the General Editor of The Stewardship Resource Bible. In addition to his work with the Stewardship Council, he also edits the Journal of Markets & Morality, an academic journal concerned with the relationship between economics, ethics, and theology. He is the author of Rediscovering the Natural Law in Reformed Theological Ethics (Eerdmans, 2006) and editor of Sourcebook in Late-Scholastic Monetary Theory: The Contributions of Martin de Azpilcueta, Juan de Molina, S.J., and Juan de Mariana, S.J. (Lexington Books, 2007).
Scott J. VanderVeen, is Design and Print Specialist at HeuleGordon, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI. Prior experiences include involvement in the startup of Evangelistic Commerce/EC Group - a global business as mission organization, printing sales for ABS Graphics, additional ministry experience, and years of managerial experience in the direct mail and fulfillment industry. Scott was instrumental in the founding of Stewardship Council and has played a key role in the oversight and development of the NIV Stewardship Study Bible as Project Manager.
